Devoteq is a mechanical engineering firm from the Netherlands. They design and build machines, devices and prototypes for companies in the industry - from food to offshore, from automotive to machine building.
Lucas, the owner, runs a team of engineers. They are good at designing machines - not setting up cold outreach.
There was no sales process. No structure. New customers came in via network and referrals, but that doesn't scale. Lucas wanted to grow, but did not have time to build an outbound machine himself. And there's no point in spending months experimenting with what works and what doesn't.
He was looking for someone who could take over completely.
Everything taken care of. Done-for-you outbound, from A to Z:
Strategy, prospecting, research, qualification, copywriting, infrastructure, CRM sync. In short sprints, not too big parts at once.
All Lucas had to do: have conversations with prospects who were already interested.
“Less acquisition, more focus on closing a deal in a further sales phase - because the customers who come to us now are arguably more interested.”
30% reply rate on cold outreach. 5 hot leads per week. And an owner who spends his time doing what he is good at: leading complex engineering projects, not chasing prospects.
